How pricing works

One report, one location

Snapshot and Full Report each cover a single address. Compare needs at least two completed Full Reports on the same shortlist.

Pay the difference, not twice

Upgrade from Snapshot to Full Report, or fold reports into Compare & Decide, and you only ever pay the difference — payments carry forward within a project.

Coverage checked first

A location’s coverage is confirmed before a paid report is generated — no payment is taken if it can’t be analysed reliably.

Prices shown are first-project prices; future projects in the same account use the higher future-project price shown on each card. Additional locations beyond three in Compare & Decide are A$79 each.

Optional Monitoring — A$19/mo or A$189/yr per location. Keeps a paid report’s evidence current with immediate alerts for verified important changes, a weekly pulse and a monthly review. The first 30 days are included only when you opt in after a paid report — it is never added automatically, and it renews only until you cancel.

Pricing questions

Snapshot (A$59) is a compact report: the exact 0–100 Opportunity Score, a basic breakdown, direct-versus-adjacent competitor counts, and the data confidence and key limitations — ideal for early screening. Full Report (A$99 total on your first project, upgrading from a Snapshot for the difference) includes all nine sections, the complete competitor table, and PDF plus PowerPoint deliverables.

Compare & Decide places up to three completed location reports side by side using the same evidence structure. Payments already made within the project count toward the project total, so you do not pay twice for the same report. Additional locations beyond three are A$79 each.

No. Reports are one-off purchases and never renew. Only Monitoring — if you choose to add it — is a recurring product, and you can cancel it anytime.

Coverage is checked before a paid report is generated — if an address can’t be analysed reliably, no payment is taken and you can join a waitlist instead. See the coverage page.
